fXTM Nigeria has restated its commitment to community engagement, sportsmanship, and empowering local cyclists as it hosted a charity cycling event that brought together over 190 participants from across the country.

The tournament was Held in multiple locations, including Port Harcourt, Kwara, Ibadan, Ogun, and Lagos recently.

According to a statement made available to our correspondent on Tuesday, the competition featured six categories, including the professional male, professional female, junior male, junior female, veteran male, and veteran female, catering to participants of various age groups and skill levels.

The firm disclosed that performers were awarded cash prizes, with professional category winners receiving N500,000, N300,000, N200,000, and N150,000 for the top four positions.

Those finishing 5th to 15th also received N50,000 each.

In the Junior categories, winners earned N150,000, N100,000, and N50,000, while Veterans took home N250,000, N150,000, and N100,000 for the first three positions.

The event not only celebrated athletic talent but also emphasized unity, with participants and spectators praising FXTM for organising an inclusive competition.

The stand-in Country Representative for FXTM, Kelechi Ehibudu, noted, “FXTM is delighted to sponsor this community cycling charity event. With its resounding success, this event has set a new benchmark for community-focused initiatives in Nigeria. FXTM’s dedication to blending sport, charity, and empowerment has left a lasting impression, inspiring many to look forward to future events.”
