The electrifying clash between Real Achiever’s FC and Midramo Team lived up to expectations as fans were treated to an intense and entertaining contest at the Borderline Stadium, Isheri, Lagos.
The match kicked off promptly at 4pm under perfect conditions, with both teams eager to claim the spotlight.
Real Achiever’s FC wasted no time asserting their dominance. In the 14th minute, Odia Lucky broke the deadlock with a stunning strike, sending the home fans into a frenzy.
It was a well-taken effort that set the tone for the game. The early lead gave Real Achiever’s the confidence to control the tempo, showcasing composure and precise ball movement throughout the first half.
Their relentless pressure paid off again in the 29th minute. Oduwole Abiodun capitalised on a defensive lapse by Midramo Team, calmly slotting the ball into the net to double the lead.
At this stage, Real Achiever’s FC looked unstoppable, dominating possession and dictating the flow of play.
However, the Midramo team regrouped after the break and began to claw their way back into the contest.
In the 63rd minute, Bello Oluwatobi gave Midramo Team a lifeline with a clinical finish, following a perfectly timed assist from Elegure Abiola. The goal injected new energy into the Midramo Team as they pressed hard for an equaliser.
Despite their spirited fightback, Real Achiever’s FC’s defense remained resolute, holding off the late surge from their opponents.
The match ended 2–1 in favor of Real Achiever’s FC, a result that reflected their dominance in possession and ability to capitalise on key moments.
