Abia Angels defeated Bayelsa Queens 4-3 on penalties to stage 2024 Sheroes Cup final match with Remo Stars Ladies.

After a 0-0 regulation time, the teams went into penalties which ended 4-3 in favour of Abia Angels. Abia Angels were the better side in the regulation time despite their inability to convert their chances. Abia Angels forward, Kindness Iheanyi was voted Man of The Match in the second semifinal.
