Leading experts in digital transformation will gather at the event to discuss how emerging technologies are reshaping the region’s digital landscape, the organiser of the annual IoT West Africa Conference and Exhibition, Vertex Next, announced on Saturday.

Vertex Next said the conference, set to take place from May 13 to 15, 2025, at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos, will bring together top industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders from the IoT, AI, cloud computing, and digital infrastructure sectors.

Experts will explore how these advancements are enhancing operational efficiency, improving resilience, and unlocking new market opportunities across key sectors, including power, banking and fintech, healthcare, telecommunications, and smart cities.

Managing Director of Vertex Next, Shitij Taneja, stated, “Co-located with the Power and Water Nigeria Expo, the event will uniquely showcase the convergence of energy and technology.

“This includes renewable energy solutions, smart grids, and energy storage systems, demonstrating how they integrate with advanced digital infrastructure to build a more sustainable and resilient energy ecosystem.”
