Fidelity Bank has announced the launch of the sixth edition of its flagship savings campaign, the Get Alert in Millions promo, aimed at empowering Nigerians with over N159m in cash prizes.

Speaking at a press conference in Lagos on Wednesday, the Promo Committee Chairman, Ken Opara, stated that the initiative aligns with the bank’s commitment to promoting financial inclusion and encouraging a savings culture among Nigerians.

“For six years running, we have remained steadfast in our promise to champion financial inclusion and empower Nigerians through the GAIM promo. This initiative has transformed lives, enabling winners to pay off debts, fund education, and invest in businesses,” Opara said.

He added that the success of previous editions, which made several customers millionaires, motivated the bank to increase the prize pool in this year’s campaign.

“This season, GAIM will feature over N159m in cash prizes, offering both new and existing customers the opportunity to achieve their financial goals while promoting a culture of financial discipline,” he explained.

Opara added that the promo, regulated by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, and the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority, will run for several months, with updates provided through roadshows and community outreaches.

Also speaking at the conference, the Divisional Head, Product Development, Fidelity bank, Osita Ede, noted that the GAIM promo is not just about winning prizes but also about fostering financial advisory services to help winners manage and grow their earnings sustainably.

He expressed gratitude to the regulators, sponsors, and Fidelity Bank customers, stating, “We remain committed to your financial success and are proud to be your preferred financial partner.”

The bank urged Nigerians to participate in the promo by opening savings accounts or maintaining their existing ones to stand a chance of winning.

The PUNCH reported that Fidelity Bank Plc has partnered with ImpactHER to host another round of free digital and artificial intelligence skills training for businesswomen.
