Fidelity Bank is set to Hhost Eduthrive conference for school owners ahead of new academic session.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Fidelity Bank Plc has announced plans to host Eduthrive, a two-day capacity-building conference designed to empower school owners and stakeholders in Nigeria’s education sector ahead of the new academic year.

The event, themed “Positioning Your School for Growth”, will be held from August 28–29, 2025, at the Fidelity SME Hub in Gbagada, Lagos. It will feature panel discussions, stakeholder engagement sessions, and networking opportunities, with participation from the Lagos State Office of Education Quality Assurance.

Speaking ahead of the event, Osita Ede, Divisional Head of Product Development at Fidelity Bank, said the initiative was aimed at providing school administrators with practical tools to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability.

“Running a successful educational institution today requires a combination of academic expertise and entrepreneurial acumen. The financial burden of upgrading facilities, paying competitive salaries, and meeting evolving standards is significant. Fidelity Bank’s tailored products and services are designed to bridge these gaps and help schools thrive,” he stated.

The Eduthrive Conference builds on Fidelity Bank’s series of educational interventions. Earlier in 2025, the bank launched the Lighting Young Minds initiative, donating solar-powered school bags to public school pupils to aid after-school study. The bank has also hosted several education-focused webinars, including “Strengthening Child Education through Parent-Teacher Partnerships” and “Maintaining Education Standards Amidst Current Economic Realities”.

According to the bank, Eduthrive will serve as a platform to showcase bespoke financial and capacity development solutions targeted at schools, while fostering collaborations that strengthen the education ecosystem.
