Ace Nigerian producer and director, Kunle Afolayan’s Anikulapo has won the 2023 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award in the ‘Best Indigenous Language’ (Yoruba) category.
Anikulapo snagged 16 nominations at this year’s award show, pulling the biggest nominations, followed by Brotherhood featuring in 11 categories, and Shanty Town with 11 nominations.
This year’s event is currently ongoing at the Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
