Nigerian businessman and politician, Ayiri Emami, has threatened that his people will occupy Ajayi Crowther University in Oyo State – where a 200-level student, Alex Timileyi, was beaten to death.
Emami called out the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde and the Minister of Education, Tahir Mamman, for their unjustifiable silence and non-closure of the school.
The All Progressives Congress chieftain, in a now-viral video, made these assertions, demanding justice and vowing not to take law into his hands yet.
He also disclosed that the deceased is a prince in the Uvwie and Warri kingdoms in Delta State.

This was as he continued clamouring on the Oyo governor to ensure that the matter was not swept under the carpet.
Speaking in Warri pidgin, Emami in the video said, “Iprobleme, black hour! Itsekiri. Makinde, I  hope say you dey hear me anywhere you dey and the minister for education, whether that minister na my Oga boy (Tinubu).
“E don happen. E don happen. But they must follow this matter to the latter, if not eh.
“The boy (late Alex) na prince for Warri. Two areas wey no too good (rival areas) combine born the boy.
“Anybody wey know the minister of information – E be like the school still dey. By now, the school dem suppose don close am. But we no wan take law into our hands but anybody wey know the minister and Seyi Makinde -You need to act fast.”
Emami noted that his presence would be felt if swift justice isn’t served.
He added, “Dem go know me here oo for this pikin wey dem kill for Oyo. I get less talk but we’ll appear in the school. The school will know us. Fine boy like dat? And we never hear from Makinde. Oyo State Government, act fast!”

Also in an earlier viral video, Alex was beaten to death by a group of students for allegedly stealing a mobile phone, PRIMANEWS Online earlier reported Saturday.
The video showed him being half-naked, whipped mercilessly, rolling on the floor and pleading for mercy with his head also shaved during the tragic moment.
He was said to have been beaten overnight for more than eight hours.
Varsity authorities
However, the school authorities have since expelled the indicted students and handed them over to the police.
The incident has sparked widespread condemnation with many calling for the prosecution of the students.
Meanwhile, PRIMANEWS Online reported that the school Vice-Chancellor, Prof.Timothy Adebayo, vowed to ensure justice is served on Monday.
He added that as the investigation progressed, the authorities were able to identify the key perpetrators responsible for the assault, hair-shaving, and video recording.
“As we speak, the boys are with the police in Oyo here and are being taken down to the state police headquarters, Iyaganku,” the Vice-Chancellor confirmed.
