THE world’s best boss has gifted 1,200 of his employees and their families with an all-paid trip to Walt Disney World in Japan.
Magnate Ken Griffin, CEO of Griffin Citadel and Citadel Securities, wanted to celebrate the anniversaries of his investment companies with a three-day bash.

The 55-year-old will be footing the bill for employees from six Asia Pacific offices.
It will also include their spouses or significant others and 300 of his workers’ children, who will all go to Walt Disney World Tokyo, as well as Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea.
Griffin also provided express passes to his workforce, which allowed them to skip the lines on rides and other attractions, like the popular Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean and Big Thunder Mountain rides that are also at Disney World’s Orlando amusement park, a Citadel spokesman said.
A one-day pass to the Japanese Disney location ranges from 7,900 yen to 10,900 yen, or $52.75 to $72.78. Gryphon could have spent up to $87,336 for just one day at the park if there were 1,200 adults with tickets, not including fast passes.
During an official anniversary celebration party on Saturday, Griffin also treated his staff to private performances by Maroon 5 and Calvin Harris, the company said.
It is not the first time Griffin spoiled his staff members with over-the-top celebrations.
Last year, the big boss funded a similar celebration for his US and European workforce, who he flew to Walt Disney World in Orlando.
In December, the CEO picked up the tab for airfares from New York, Houston, Paris, Zurich and other cities and paid for hotels, park tickets and meals for 10,000 staff members and their families.
During the three-day trip, employees and their loved ones romped around Magic Kingdom and other theme parks, the comapny said.
A Saturday concert also saw a star-studded lineup, featuring Carly Rae Jepsen, DJ Diplo and Coldplay – one of Griffin’s favourite bands.
Meanwhile, a man dubbed ‘Britain’s best boss’ treated his staff to a holiday in Spain as a massive “thank you” for their hard work.
Employees at The Bridge, in Llangennech, Wales, were thrilled when owner Salvo Giannini handed them an all-expenses paid break to sunny Palma, Mallorca.
This comes as a businessman dubbed the “world’s best boss” spent more than £40k to take his team on luxury holidays.
Mark Neilson, 35, says he would rather splash the cash to reward hard work than see it collecting interest in a bank account.
Meanwhile, another generous boss gifted his entire company to a £100,000 vacation to say thanks to his staff for their tireless work over the pandemic.
