Zoho One has unveiled a unified and smarter platform experience for modern workplaces.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Zoho Corporation has announced a major upgrade to Zoho One, its all-in-one business operating system, introducing a redesigned, intelligent platform experience aimed at boosting collaboration, tightening security, and enhancing productivity across its 50+ applications.
According to Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head, Zoho Nigeria, the update reflects the new realities of modern work.
“Zoho One customers are not just using apps; they are relying on a unified solution that lets Zoho manage the technology while they focus on getting work done. The new enhancements offer a more connected, cohesive experience built on integrated data and context,” he said.
Since debuting in 2017, Zoho One has grown to serve more than 75,000 organisations worldwide, with businesses using an average of 22 apps within the suite. Its privacy-centric architecture and deeply integrated tools have made it a preferred platform for firms looking to simplify and unify operations.
A Redesigned User Experience Built Around Context
The revamped interface removes the traditional barriers between applications.
Key updates include:
Spaces, which group tools by purpose: Personal, Organisation, or Department—so employees can access everything they need without constant app switching.
A unified central search bar that scans the entire platform and triggers workflows instantly.
An improved Action Panel that displays meetings, messages, tasks, and updates in one place.
A redesigned Dashboard that merges data from Zoho and third-party apps into a fully customisable hub.
One of the biggest additions is Vani, a visual collaboration workspace supporting brainstorming, whiteboarding, mind mapping, and integrated video calls.
Stronger Security and Seamless Native Integrations
Zoho One’s latest update strengthens its position as a unified operating system through improved native integrations. These reduce external entry points, support faster threat detection, and streamline IT administration.
With Zoho Directory embedded into the platform, businesses can now manage identity and access securely within the same system.
A centralised Integrations Panel allows administrators to monitor and configure all connections from one place, while the new Smart Offboarding tool automates employee offboarding—transferring ownership of departments, securing device data, and managing data access rights with a single workflow.
Zia: Intelligence Everywhere
Zoho’s AI assistant, Zia, now powers intelligence across the entire platform.
Zia can:
Pull and interpret data from Zoho apps and external platforms such as Google Workspace
Provide contextual insights and recommendations
Organise files automatically through Zia Hubs
Deliver prompt-based answers through Ask Zia, accessible from the main toolbar
Zia Search further enables employees to quickly find information across multiple locations without navigating through apps.
No Price Increase
Despite new features—including the addition of Vani—Zoho One’s pricing remains unchanged at ₦34,650 per user per month, with all enhancements available immediately at no extra cost.

Zoho reiterated its strict privacy stance, reminding users that it operates with no ad-revenue model, owns its data centres, and maintains full oversight of user data. With more than 100 million users globally, the company continues to emphasise security, transparency, and user control.
