As Ben Stiller continues to grieve the loss of his mother, he’s found an outpouring of support from his millions of social media followers.

On Tuesday, the Zoolander star posted to Instagram a youthful photo of his actress and comedian mom, Anne Meara, who died Saturday at the age of 85.

“My mom Anne. She was an extraordinary person,” Stiller captioned. “Miss her.”

Since the weekend, thousands of the actor’s fans – and many celebrity friends and acquaintances – have wished Ben, and his father Jerry Stiller, well in their time of bereavement. Samuel L. Jackson, Larry King, and Steve Martin were just a few of the actress’ admirers to post their condolences.

Stiller, who’s currently in Rome filming Zoolander 2 with his wife Christine Taylor, thanked the public for their support on Monday, Tweeting, “Thank you so much for all the kind words about Anne. All of us in our family feel so lucky to have had her in our lives.”
