A budding gospel artiste, Louis Eke, has said that the conversations he had with mothers inspired his new song titled, ‘Ezinne’.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, he said, “I lost my mum when I was a child. However, my interactions with good mothers in the absence of mine and how they invest all their being in the family, made me release ‘Ezinne’. While writing my last song titled, ‘Blessing for the Fathers’, my daughter walked up to me, and asked, ‘Daddy, is it only fathers that God will bless?’ I told her ‘no’. After that conversation, I decided to compose a song for our amazing mothers.”
On what inspired him to become a gospel artiste, Eke said, “One of the factors that inspired me to pursue this career is my talent and great love for gospel music . This steered my passion for singing, songwriting, and performing.  Whenever I am on stage performing, I notice the joy, comfort, spiritual upliftment, inspiration, and hope the songs bring to the faces of people. I derive joy from the happiness of others. Seeing people being blessed by my songs inspires me to do more.”
The singer also noted that touching lives was one of the rewarding aspects of being a gospel artiste.
